Slovanet is an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and one of the largest alternative telecommunications operators in Slovakia offering comprehensive solutions for Internet communication, data services, cloud services, telephone, digital television and entertainment.

They also provide services and consultations in network security, IT projects and LAN and WAN networks. At the same time, they deliver relevant hardware and software and provide service, consulting and training for all delivered solutions.

Slovanet used Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) to deliver virtual applications and desktops to its customers. But they struggled with tedious tasks such as installation, configuration, and server load balancing. Additionally, the solution was more difficult to implement to end users who faced slower access to resources shared on the cloud-based network.

Slovanet publishes Microsoft Office, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Internet browsers and various customized line-of-business applications to over 250 concurrent users among its customer base.
