Over the past months, Citrix and Omnissa have announced changes impacting their extended partner networks and their customers. These changes have presented challenges that may force their customers to assess and migrate to alternative vendors and offerings. Such a transition needs to be rapid and seamless to ensure continued business continuity.
Parallels is excited to launch a special Parallels Migration Promotion to help customers migrate to our proven Parallels virtualization and workspace solutions.
For qualifying migrations, this limited-time offer will help organizations minimize migration costs during the transition by offering a free year of product use to end customers.
For partners, this offer also includes an additional rebate based on the suggested promotional price of qualifying subscriptions as well as a rebate to certified gold and platinum partners for migration and deployment assistance.
Customers can leverage this promotion whether they are planning to continue deploying on-premises, deploy in the cloud, or use a hybrid approach. They can even integrate with Azure Virtual Desktop to enhance their Microsoft Azure experience.

Promotion Overview
This promotional offer is only available for customers that meet the requirements set forth below and are switching from Citrix or Omnissa to select Parallels virtualization and workspace solutions. The offer provides significant discounts and additional benefits for qualifying subscriptions, as detailed below.
- Customers will get one free year of Parallels RAS, Parallels Secure Workspace, or Parallels DaaS licensing, as part of a three-year prepaid subscription with a suggested promotional standard retail price of USD 50,000 or greater.
- Customers entering into a three-year prepaid subscription with a suggested promotional standard retail price of USD 100,000 or greater may also benefit from deployment and migration assistance from their certified gold and platinum partners who will get a rebate from Parallels for such assistance.
- For deployments on Azure or AWS, customers can apply their consumption commitments to Parallels RAS (only) licenses purchased via Azure or AWS marketplace.
This offer is effective from July 3, 2024, through November 30, 2024. To qualify for the promotion, all applicable licenses must be issued by Parallels by November 30, 2024.
Customers must meet the following criteria, as determined by Parallels in its sole discretion:
- Offer open to businesses based in the following regions: North America, Canada, Latin American, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa
- Customer is currently licensing Citrix virtual app and desktop software, as evidenced by a Citrix license certificate or Omnissa Horizon license certificate
- Customer is not licensing any Parallels products (other than Parallels Desktop and Parallels Browser Isolation)
- Customer is switching from Citrix to Parallels RAS, Parallels Secure Workspace, and/or Parallels DaaS
- Customer signs an agreement with a minimum term of three years and a suggested promotional standard retail price of USD 50,000 or greater
- PREPAID Three-year term paid upfront is required to qualify for the offer
- Customers must agree to serve as a public reference for Parallels, including consent for the use of their name, logo, and a publicly referenceable quote in Parallels marketing materials
- Customers entering into a three-year prepaid subscription with a suggested promotional standard retail price of USD 100,000 or greater may also benefit from deployment and migration assistance from their certified gold and platinum partners who will get a rebate from Parallels for such assistance
- For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion excludes Parallels Desktop, Parallels Browser Isolation (PBI) and Parallels RAS SPLA.
- Only new subscriptions registered with Parallels, approved by Parallels, and fulfilled within the promotional period are eligible.
- Discounts provided under this promotion will not carry over upon renewal or extension of subscriptions.
- This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- All standard terms and conditions of Parallels' services and licenses apply.
- This promotion does not apply to any renewals or extensions of existing subscriptions.
- This promotion may be modified or terminated at Parallels' discretion at any time, with or without notice.
- Any disputes arising from or in connection with this offer will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Parallels operates. By participating in this offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
