$99.99 (after two week trial, with a 1-year subscription).

Trusted by over 7 million Mac users worldwide

"I'm blown away by how snappy this is on Apple Silicon. Windows 11 works great no matter what I've thrown at it. I do think the Parallels app could use a tad more cleaning up in terms of aesthetics though, the top macOS window bar above the virtual machine isn't customizable and has some ugly buttons on it that are scaled kind of weird. I'd love the option to remove everything from the top bar so it's nice and clean."

App Store User

"I am 1000% an Apple guy. The products are beautiful and extremely user friendly and the ability to sync my iPhone to my MacBook to my Mac mini is flawless. There is something about Windows though- the simplistic beauty of the Command Prompt, the customizability of certain features and the ability to change/alter drivers, devices, etc. gives the user a great deal of control over the machine. And to think- I downloaded this software to update my Xbox One controller's firmware. I'm loving Parallels Desktop!"

App Store User

"Love the flexibility of being able to switch platforms! I give Windows its own “space” and just slide over to it whenever I need apps specific to it. Very cool."

App Store Edition features

The Parallels Desktop App Store Edition offers the same basic features as Parallels Desktop Standard Edition.

With this version, users can run Windows, Windows apps, and Linux on Mac without rebooting.

However, as App Store applications run in the App Sandbox, there are some differences between App Store and Standard editions.

Existing Parallels Desktop for Mac users are not recommended to move to Parallels Desktop App Store Edition.

This means that while you can use some features of Parallels Desktop for Mac, access to system resources and user data in macOS apps is restricted to contain damage if the app becomes compromised.
